Dot NAME Domain Name Registrations

Set up in 2001, the Dot NAME universal top-level domain is the only one supposed to be for personal sites only. These domains can include personal or fictitious names, nicknames and/or other titles people are famous by. At the beginning, just 3rd-level registrations were possible, so if you desired to register john.doe.name, you were supposed to do that under .doe.name. In 2004, however, the registration procedures were loosened and 2nd-level registrations were also permitted. Existing third-level names remained functional.

You will have the chance to alter the WHOIS contact information, to park your domain, to set up Custom DNS records, etc. You can also transfer an already purchased domain to our company if you have its EPP transfer code from the present domain service provider and we will renew it once the transfer has been completed.
